We tailor our work to your needs. We respect company specific styles, various software packages and your in-house preferred terminology. Our rates depend on the nature and complexity of the texts offered to us, but also on their urgency and format. Please, feel free to discuss your specific needs and wishes with us.

We always confirm our orders in writing. We acknowledge receipt of texts to be translated and we clearly communicate a realistic deadline to you. We assign a translator who's native language is that of the target language and once we have received the translator's text we have this revised and where necessary corrected by a second translator. Finally, the translation will be checked thoroughly and amended, if appropriate.

We adhere to the deadline and time of delivery as agreed with our clients.

Since 2004, our agency is a member of the Dutch ATA, the Association for Translation Agencies. We adhere to their code of conduct and we deliver in accordance with the ATA general terms and conditions.
